Was approved but when I tried to buy a new phone from straight talk, it wouldn’t go through. Straight talk said the problem was smart pay, but couldn’t get anyone on the phone. A recording said no one was there, to go to their website. I did but they sent me back to straight talk. Tried several times. Went around in circles.
