I'm having the same issue. I've been trying to contact someone about this for two months now. They are literally impossible to get in contact with.

I paid yesterday and still have no service. I cant call them and emails arent going through.

I can't get my phone turned back on, I made my payment earlier today but Total says you have to restart my service. I'm tired of this run around. Help!!
