Payment My payment isn’t due until the 1st so why has it already been deducted from my account

Why can I not contact anyone. The phone numbers that are provided do not lead to a live person. I'm trying to pay my bill and can't seem to do so directly. With all the bad press on this page. I want to end all deals with this service.
