That my phone would be paid off by November. Im still making payments. I cant find my paper work with my acct number. What do I do?

I know your post is 6 months old but I was wondering if you still need help: if you go to smartpaylease.com, create your account with using your Gmail, it will find your contract account. all your information is there and you can make payments. I hit google's drop-down and added the sign in page to my home screen. Hope all is well...
