This company is charging OVER TWICE the purchase price and doesn't give the option to payoff EARLY to save on the "FEES AND INTREST" !!!!! SCAM!!!!! DO NOT USE "SMART"PAY!!!!#

When I accepted loan agreement there was an option for early payoff within 90 days for the price of the phone without all the interest and fees included....so like I was paying cash. It's been less than 60 days and my account shows that option expired yesterday. Why? This needs to be corrected immediately. I will be filing a claim with the BBB if this is not resolved expeditiously. You cannot give false information to entice a person to enter into a loan agreement in this country.
