You sent me a broken phone. I sent it back and no phone or refund has been sent to me. I only got sent to a voicemail explaining all these legal blocks you have set up that prevent me from getting a refund. This company is a scam i asked for a replacement phone and nothing a refund still nothing now you are still trying to charge me for something i sent back. I am furious next your goin to have my credit affected please just return the $120 i paid for service and phone.

I have same problem they sent a broken phone using old phone again can’t get anyone on phone
