Hi I just got my new phone and it's messed up already. The screen is black, it won't turn off or on nothing. The screen also displays a battery showing 69%
This phone cost way to much to be having problems already. What I've done so far is took the Sims card out and put it back in hoping that would reset it, but no it didn't. So I called straight talk they couldn't help and told me to call y'all and of course no one is there so I came here. Can someone please help me??
