PROBLEM WITH SERVICE

SmartPay,

I am having a problem.

I ordered and received a IPhone and service plan via your service.

You were supposed to charge me for my service. You charged me

for the phone itself but you didn't charge me for my service plan.

It has now been shut off. So I go to WalMart to get a service plan

card to reactivate. But the TotalWireless rep said it could not process

the card because of some restriction. They said I would have to call

you which I did today 7/22 Your customer service rep said he would

lift the restriction in a hour and he would call me back but he never

did.

I am wondering if I will be able to use the $35 service plan card or

did I waste my money buying it?

Can you please fix this? I now have a phone I cannot use.

Please don't charge my payment method for my service plan since

I already have my service plan card ready to use.
