So I decided my phone was getting old and that I would go through straight talk to lease a phone....well biggest mistake because tonight everything was going great I hit the process payment button and bam error screen pops up , never got an email , I dont have any orders under my account through straight talk so i will wait for it to post to my bank account because yes they took my money but then didnt give me a conformation email and nothing shows up under my lease on this website. So now I'll wait until it's not pending and get ahold of my bank and let them know I've been scammed out of my money so I can get my money back , put a block on this company and I wont ever trust smartpay or straight talk again , I'm going to consumer cellular which is what I should have done earlier when I was contemplating....I've read so many other posts and none of the people working for smartpay respond either...good riddance and same on you for scamming people out of their hard earned money
