I placed my order for a phone on July 11th. The payment came out of my bank. But theres no movement or notifications on the order actually being processed and moved along. And its 4 days later. Wheres my order??? I need answers please

Same thing happened tonight , the order goes through then page errors and I dont get a email or anything and money was taken from my bank account

I have waited 2 days for a confirmation email or tracking number...something. I can't find any place to see your purchase history and shipping information.

I got ahold of a super nice agent just now he told me when I made the purchase and it takes 3 business days then you will receive another email with conformation and tracking of when your order ships
