Can someone please tell me how to fucking cancel my lease, and get back my refund? I called Smartpay customer service and told them I wanted my order cancelled. They said my refund would come back on Monday or Tuesday. They took my money anyways and shipped the order. Called Straighttalk and they said to get my refund I'd have to refuse or return the phone and card. I want my money back and and my lease cancelled.
