Minutes

U paid for unlimited minutes when I purchased a phone from smartpaylease and they sent me no pin or anything to add my minutes.how do I get my minutes

I was charged for a monthly service plan and didn't get a pin code for the service.
I was charged for my monthly service plan when I ordered my phone. When the I received the phone there was no pin for the service plan.
