SmartPay Support

So I've been trying to order my iPhone 7 since 4/25 when I was approved for my lease. Straight Talk never received an order. So, I've been patient, but that's wearing thin! Now I can't order because it says my lease expires on 5/2. (It's now 5/15) and I have no phone, no cancelled lease so I can reapply, and no phone! I'm not sure what the heck to do, but this is ridiculous!!!

I was approved but can't order a phone and they already charged my card for service I don't have

So they pre-approved me but I go to order a phone and it won't let me. I tried to look up my already approved application and it goes right back to the screen to sign up so I try to sign up again and it goes right back to the screen they really need to get their stuff fixed.
