Service/getting a human response not automated

Elizabeth Shorter, reported a few seconds ago I just had a chat with straighttalk. They told me that you guys need to update them of my service plan. I have screenshots of our conversation & will be forwarding them to you in an email. Please inform them that I'm paying for a service plan through SmartPay. If I have disruption in my service that isn't going to be good, as I heavily rely on my phone and having service. Please do not send me an automated message.
