SmartPay Support

Hello, I was using my phone last night and complete lost everything on my screen. The phone will not come on after being completely charged and is now completely black. It will ring but I am unable to answer or operate the phone in any way. I do have smart lease plus on the account and will need to file an insurance claim or if the phone is still under manufacturing warranty will need a replace for my Samsung galax A20. The phone is just a little over a month old and has not been damaged in anyway.

I trip over something and dropped my phone. My pony to my phone popped out and broke. Will insurance cover a replacement.
