Applying for smart pay

Has anyone had an issue that every time you try to apply it tells you to confirm your date of birt and you can’t move on with the application because it won’t let you do anything else

I've been trying for over a week and getting the same every time. I was chatting with someone on Straight Talk and they said they were going to fix it...they have not!!!

it doesnt seem like anyone is giving an answer to this problem because I am experiencing the same issue
