I see a lot of the same questions as far as how do you cancel your lease with no response from smartpay. I just leased an iPhone 8 right before I was laid off from both of my jobs due to the coronavirus epidemic. My future is uncertain. I do know that now I can not afford to take on any new expenses and need to CANCEL MY LEASE. I've sent smartpay numerous messages regarding this matter for over a week now.
