I was recently laid off because of covid-19 and just wanted to see if my payment could be delayed so that my unemployment has time to kick in.

I order a. Phone off straight talk.com and plan.the phone arrived and I can't activate because of no straight talk cell towers. No I need a refund or speak to a live person if this issue can be fixed

So I ordered the Samsung S10e from Straight Talk. Received it today and tried to upgrade from my other, and was told that the phone doesn’t offer coverage in my area. My old phone runs off of AT&T towers and the new phone runs off of Verizon. What should I do?
