SmartPay Support

I made my payment late for my phone. My plan is still good until 01/07/2020. After I made the payment, my phone is still saying it's disconnected. Smart pay has their money and Straight Talk has their money. Why don't I have service still?? Anyone experience this same problem.

Yea I'm confused I got iPhone thru snmartPay they ended up charging me double plus strait talk confused like me they said this phone not in there system I need to put other sims card in an activate it so strait talk can do trouble shooting if needed I'm confused but I have been making payments to strait talk I'm about to not make payment to snmartPay I am sure snmartPay can lock my phone idk I'm confused has anyone else had this problem I haven't
