Do you need to make an overdue payment using a different payment method? We offer a cash payment option through PayNearMe. (Note: Our system will collect your next payment on the scheduled due date from your payment method on file.)


In order to do this, give us a call at (800) 374-5587 to request a payment slip.


We will send it to the email address and phone number (via text/SMS message) associated with your SmartPay account.


Follow these steps:


  1. Click on the link in the email or text (SMS) message.

  2. Choose a location to make the payment. (Available at select CVS, 7-11, and Family Dollar locations.)

  3. You can either use the payment slip that is generated on your mobile device, or print it out.

  4. Take your payment slip to the store with the required amount of cash, in addition to the $3.99 fee.

The store will process the payment. The payment will be reflected in your SmartPay account at
